They are never held accountable so the combative, rude, masculine, never being told no attitude is drilled into them by their mamas and grannies because for a few generations now, there are no men who provide discipline and leadership and shut that crap down. They don’t want to be told what to do or what they can or cannot do. We are seeing the results in adult children woman acting this way all over the place. She wants to control everything, whether she understands the subject matter or not, and this exactly what she's been doing until someone had enough of her BS and called the cops. Come to think of it, it would not surprise me if she called the cops herself thinking she's going to finally stick it to her partner, but through their investigation, both her and her partner are each found to be at fault. I've seen that happen with control freaks, they keep upping the ante until everyone gets locked up for serious charges. She thinks she knows better, but come March she's going to wish she had taken the deal. Two things never cease to amaze me about these situations… 1) Defense attorneys, the sleazy ones at least, will often profess the supposed innocence of their clients despite knowing full well they’re guilty, dangerous, and likely to reoffend (hurt someone else), and 2) The clients often believe the attorney’s one and only job is to have them acquainted of things they obviously did; no plea deals for lesser sentences, no having specific evidence dismissed in spite of the rest. They’ll go absolutely ballistic, sometimes even attacking their own attorneys, if the court doesn’t bow down and accept their every claim as absolute truth.

They think it's normal and for those attorneys to be getting p***** off at her because she doesn't understand and can't hurry up and make a decision is b*******Because she should be able to understand everything that's going on with her because it affects her life. And if that attorney doesn't know how to explain it to her to get her to understand then someone else needs to take a moment and pull her aside and explain it to her. Can you imagine being in her position and not understanding what's happening and the gravity of the situation? We don't know if she's ever been in trouble before and she probably doesn't understand the legal system, obviously. I think it's disgusting how the prosecutor keeps pulling the offers off the table because she won't hurry up and make up her mind uninformed. From what I can see, she’s a pretty girl with a curvy shape. The vibe I’m getting is pretty privilege, not Karen. I think she’s shocked the judge, being a man, didn’t intervene to save her. She likely views the prosecutor as a “hater”, and is holding out hope that her PP card will save her with the jury.

It was painful listening to her immaturity and selfishness. Give on one thing and she whines until you give her something else she wants. I don’t blame the prosecutor regarding withdrawing the gift she was given.

During my dui case. My lawyer stressed to me that unless you have evidence to prove your innocence or have money, NEVER go to trial. If found guilty, you'll get the maximum punishment, and you will do the jail time because you pretty much said screw your plea. When you legal rep tells you to take the plea, you take the plea!

If I’m truly innocent I’m not taking a plea. I’ll take my chances with a jury. It’s not the accused who has to prove their innocence. It’s the state that has to prove guilt.

It’s always wild to me how inconvenienced people seem when they’re being held accountable for their actions. This isn’t a car accident where you’re car slid on the ice and you couldn’t control it and someone lost their life or got injured. You willingly and with intention, committed a felony. Now you want a favour? You’re not happy with the people adjudicating against YOUR OWN ACTIONS? Heads up, if you try to live an honest, civilized, non violent life, these people wouldn’t even know who you are. The entitlement and delusion is palpable.

I retired from parole brd in Ga, she should’ve took the deal. FL doesn’t do parole, she’s gonna end up in a worst situation. Her arrogance, entitlement and combative behavior is gonna do her in and that judge has a great memory. In simpler words SHE’s Done! She didn’t even think about her 1 & 2 year old babies, that she’s taking a chance of leaving them, all over an ankle monitor (wear pants) and the title felon (you did this), at least she would be home with her children, would probably loose her job though.

After what she did, she has the gall to be upset with the court for the conviction of felony??? And then argue her sentence??? Just disgusting. Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.

I have no words for this kind of bull-headed, time-wasting ignorance. She actually wants nothing to happen to her, and very likely doesn't want the ankle monitor because it won't look good, but make her look like a convicted felon!
