My two sons are LEO’s, they work SO hard ( so hard ) and put up with abuse, go to court, they HAVE to show up, my one son is working the next 22 days, really long hours, then may have court after his shift, possibly 7 days or more sprinkled in those 22 days. Ya, good point. I used to work in theft prevention back in the day, and back then everyone took a ride in the back of a cop car, and they'd end up getting locked up. I could not imagine being a cop now, risking your life apprehending violent turds trying to avoid being held accountable for their bad life choices, only for some worthless judge to immediately release them back out, ready to find another victim. I could never do that same job again, and I'd certainly never be a cop nowadays, they're damned if they do and damned if they don't. Then we wonder why criminals don't respect the law.
