High level, thanks so much for sharing. Do you have any advice for winning the hip battle when trying to go for throws? Maybe that could be a video, idk. Even if you don't make one, more breakdowns like this please! Love watching high level people trying to take each other down

I notice that you don’t have many attempts for singles or doubles. Is that your preference or is that a constraint on your training session? Do you find that no gi judo negates the wrestling takedowns or are you just working on your judo?

I keep the high ground. When someone lowers their level I also lower mine while staying slightly above. I like keeping the high ground because I feel that the more upright the stance the faster you can move.

I generally stand slightly higher than my opponent. Justin stands tall so I match his stance. I lower my level in response when he lowers his.
