आटे का हलवा बनाने का तरीका देखके आप कहेंगे की पहले क्यों नहीं पता था|SIMPLE ATTA HALWA कड़ा प्रसाद
Aate Ka Halwa | Aata Halwa
Ingredients
FOR SOAKING SAFFRON :
Saffron / Kesar - 9 to 10 Strands
Water - 2 to 3 Teaspoons
FOR PREPARING AATE KA HALWA :
Clarified butter / Ghee - 1 Cup + 2 Teaspoon
Whole wheat flour / Gehu ka aata - 1 Cup
Luke warm water - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1 Cup
Cardamom powder / Elaichi powder - 1 Teaspoon + For garnishing
Pistachios flakes - 1 Teaspoon + For garnishing
Almond flakes - 1 Teaspoon + For garnishing
Instructions
FOR SOAKING SAFFRON :
1. Soak saffron in water for 30 minutes. Keep it aside.
FOR PREPARING AATE KA HALWA :
2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add whole wheat flour. Mix it well.
3. Roast it for 8 to 10 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring continuously.
4. Roast it till the color of whole wheat flour changes and a nice aroma begin to rise.
5. Now keep stirring and add lukewarm water gradually. Then add sugar. Mix well.
6. Keep stirring on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Add 2 Teaspoons of ghee. Mix well.
7. Once done, add soaked saffron, cardamom powder, pistachio, and almond. Mix it well.
8. Transfer it to a serving bowl. Garnish it with cardamom powder, almond, and pistachio.
9. 'Aate Ka Halwa | Aata Halwa' is ready to be served.
