Soak the mushrooms until they are soft
Squeeze away the water and wash
Then boil it for about thirty minutes
After boiling, squeeze out excess water and let it set aside

Sauté the following with about a tablespoon of oil until fragrant

Then put it in the blender
Add a little coriander and two tomatoes
Blend and set aside

Cut half a cabbage into stripes

Fry until the oil and the ingredients separate
Tie a knot and put the Pandan Leaves and Lion's Mane mushrooms into it
When you see that Lion's Mane mushrooms has absorbed all the sauce, you can add some water and cook it.
Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to taste
Add 130ml of coconut milk
Close the lid and simmer over medium-low heat until the Lion's Mane mushroom are soft, about half an hour
Add coriander at the end

Sauté the following with oil until fragrant

把水份挤走,反覆洗干净
再用滚水灼它约三十分钟
灼完便挤走多余的水份,晾冻
准备咖喱香料
用大概一汤匙油炒香以下
* 芫荽籽半汤匙
* 黑胡椒一茶匙
* 干辣椒三片
* 腰果 12 粒
* 咖喱叶一串
然后放进搅拌机
加上少许芫茜和两粒蕃茄
搅碎备用
炒咖喱
切半颗包菜成丝
用大概两三汤匙油去炸它
加进
* 桂皮一根
* 八角一颗
* 丁香三颗
* 绿豆蔻九颗
* 姜蓉一汤匙
* 黄姜粉一茶匙
* 大回香粉一茶匙
* 小回香粉一茶匙
* 咖喱粉一茶匙
* 芫茜粉一茶匙
炒匀之后,便放头先搅碎了的材料
炒到油和材料分开为止
打一个结放斑兰叶和猴头菇下去
看到猴头菇把汁都吸干了,就可以放点水下去煮一下
放适量的盐和糖调味
再放椰奶130毫升
把盖盖上,用中细火炆到它腍,大概要半小时
完成前加芫茜(香菜)
煮黄姜饭
首先把一根香茅敲开
用油炒香
* 香茅一根
* 丁香两颗
* 桂皮一根
* 米一杯
* 黄姜粉一茶匙
* 椰奶120毫升
* 盐少量
炒到汁已收干
把它倒进饭煲里面加些水,
像平时煮饭一样
