Kara Dosai - கார தோசை
Ingredients
1. Raw rice - 1/3 cup
2. Mung bean - 1/3 cup
3. Channa dal - 1/3 cup
4. Red chili - 4 nos
5. Salt to taste
Method
1. Soak rice, dal and red chili for 4 hours
2. Grind to a paste in a blender
3. Ferment 4-6 hours or overnight in cold places
4. Make dosa and enjoy
