Kalyani Idli - கல்யாணி இட்லி
Not kushbu idli, its KalyaNi idli
Ingredients
1. Sabudhana - tiny / Nylon - 1/2 cup
2. Rava - 1/2 cup
3. Coconut oil, mustard and urad dal for tempering
4. Ginger grated - 1/2 "
5. Green Chili - 1 nos - chopped
6. Coriander leaves garnish
7. Grated vegetables - pumpkin/carrot/beet to taste
8. Cooking soda - pinch
9. Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Method
1. Soad Javvarisi/Sabudana for 6 hours
2. Temper mustard, urad dal, ginger, Chili in coconut oil
3. Add Rava and roast till cooked
4. Add ginger and grated vegetables
5. Add cooking soda and yougurt, mix well
6. Let set for 15 min till rava is fluffy
7. Steam in idli moulds till done
8. Serve hot
