Ingredients
3 medium size raw mangoes ½ cup sugar
1 cup water
Method
Grill the mangoes in a tandoor/grill /over gas. Extract the pulp and pass through a sieve. Dissolve sugar in water and boil. Cool and add to the mango pulp. Transfer to a glass/porcelain container and store, preferably in the fridge. Take 2 tablespoons of the concentrate. Add a pinch of salt and cumin seeds powder. Top it with water and serve cold
