1. Ingredients:
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon carom seeds
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
2. Method:
- In a bowl, add finely chopped onions, gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric, salt.
- Mix all these ingredients together.
- To make bhaji crispy add 1 teaspoon hot oil and mix it well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Take small portions of the batter and drop them into the hot oil.
- Fry the bhajis until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the crispy Onion Bhaji hot with Tea.
