1 whole minced garlic
1 large size onions
1cup vinegar
1tbsp salt
1tbsp ground blk pepper
4pcs bay leaves
Oregano and enough water. Simmer till tender
Nxt step: 3tbsp oil
Gisa 1 bulb minced garlic
1 medium chop onions
Add the the paksiw na pata. Add the pigs blood 1kg
Salt to taste
1 cup Vinegar
Water about 1liter
Vetsin
Sugar
