Khasi ko Masu is the Nepal/Nepali's favourite. Khasi ko Masu (Jhol/Gravy) is eaten as everyday dish with rice, bitten rice, dhindo, and during every parties and festivals such as Dashain, Marriage, Tihar.
There is much curiosity among people, mostly youngsters residing abroad about cooking khasi ko masu in typical nepali style essentially tasting like the one prepared by mothers/ sisters etc back home.

Our recipe can be customized if you love Khasi ko Masu Jhol.
This is delicious and excellent source of protein and energy requiring minimum number of ingredients. The purpose is also to be able to derive delicious taste of meat itself rather than taste of extra flavors dominating the original taste of local meat.
Ingredients सामाग्रीहरु (Serves family of 4)
Half kg mutton
2 tbsp ginger,garlic
1 tbsp dry red chili powder
2-3 bayleaf
4 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp cumin,coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
3-4 tbsp mustard oil
