Lotus Stem/Nadur - 500gm
Asfotedia / Hing - 2 pinch
Tej Patta - 2
Jeera / Cumin - 1/4th tsp
Moti elaichi - 1 crushed
Cinamom /Dalchini - 1 small piece
Laung / Clove - 3
Saunf / Fennel Powder - 4 tsp
Green Cardomom - 2 crushed
Sunth / Ginger Powder - 1/4th tsp
Roasted Zeera Powder - ½ tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Elaichi Powder - 2 pinches
Salt as per taste
Yogurt - 2 cups
Water - 1 small glass (depends on consistency)
Oil
Ghee 1 tbs
Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
