It's not authentic n we don't use chilli powder , tez pata , cashew powder etc etc in yakhini , we only use curd , black cardamom , dalchini green cardamom, salt , fennel powder and dried mint n oil/ghee

I tried making nadru pulav today, fried nadru in the beginning and gave 2 wistle with rice, I felt that nadru tasted a little undercooked but m not too sure 😮
