C - Please it's killing me!!!! Do you support Wesley? Sergey said: A - I have no ideas:). Magnus played bad and Hans played well. B - I like Fisher chess and it is pity that we don’t have many tournaments on it. C - Wesley is a hero:).

Brilliant as always, sir. I should point out that "criteria" is strictly plural. The singular is "criterion" (from Greek), so the correct phrase would be "a more important criterion". I say this not to be a dick, but because your English is so excellent that I think you must be the kind of person who is interested in constantly approaching perfection. To be clear, most people don't actually know this; you used the word exactly the way almost any native speaker would... but it's technically wrong. Also, I'm trying to learn Portuguese right now. If you have any brilliant tips regarding how you got your English to this insane level, do feel free to mention them. :)

Filter by "playing moves" is unimaginable. for all the other filters, u need to compile 3000 videos and add respective filter conditions. but including a chessboard and simulating moves is different level. congrats to the creator.
@d4slaimless
Жыл бұрын
Well, to include this chessboard you need the listing of the moves in every game. To do this you need to associate every video with the proper listing. Most of agad's video (or maybe even all) have the info in the video description (including players, moves, name of the opening). You need to extract this info and make the database. Of course it is still a lot of work and is impressive and very useful.

Big MMA fan. Nice to see chess and fight sports mentioned together because they’re so similar in many ways (battle zone, strategy, tactics, technical knowledge, long preparation, psychological toughness). Levy (GothamChess) is a big fan, too. About the fight, really 2 of the best pound for pound guys faced each other. I’m Turkish, so I support Balkan and Caucasia guys a lot. More importantly, I support good and respectful guys like Islam and Alex compared to cocky guys. It was a fight I wanted neither of them to lose. And it was so close, almost controversial. Definitely a rematch is necessary.

Didn't know you were an MMA fan! Very close fight, I knew Alex is one of the best but oh boy the power! He is only 5'6'' and for those of you don't know, he used to be a professional rugby player. So he is used to throwing around people double his size. Islam on the other hand a much bigger man an currently the P4P one of the top 3 fighters in the world. Known for his incredible ground game and wrestling. Yet struggled to keep Alex on the ground. I thought it would be a completely one sided fight but I was so wrong! I wouldve like to have seen Kasparov not take the pawn with his king, and instead just sit behind it using it as a shield. Didn't matter either way but it wouldve really shown white how futile his pawn push attack was, and how Black could just absorb it, not capture back material, and still be completely fine.

Volkanovski is a beast! Decision could've gone either way. After beating Yair, Volk should definitely get a rematch edit: I think Volk should still be P4P no.1 after arguably beating a larger opponent in a different weight class and after watching breakdowns of the fight(namely weasel's and guru's vids), I'd say Volk beat Islam. Agad, regarding to your 4:00 topic. Honestly i think Volkanovsky proved his skills both in defensive grappling and of course at striking. Islam had takedowns and ground control but Alex a more significant strikes. UFC has different scoring, for example in PRIDE ruling, Volkanovsky could have became a winner that night.
