Kek cheese leleh menggunakan sukatan cawan, amat mudah membuatnya. jika tiada susu cair boleh ganti dengan susu segar.
Resepi kek kukus:
Bahan-bahan:
3bji telur
1 sb Ovalette
1 cwn gula halus
1/2 cwn myk masak (100ml)
1/2 cawan ssu cair (100ml) (kalau tiada boleh guna 1sdu besar susu pekat tambah air hingga menjadi 1/2 cawan)
1/2 sk esen vanilla/oren/pandan
2 cawan/200 gm tpg naik sendiri/bluekey (kalau guna tepung gandum, tmbh 1sk serbuk penaik + 1/2 sk soda bikabonat)
Bahan-bahan krim keju:
250 gm krim keju (apa" jenama)
1 cawan susu pekat manis
1/4 cawan susu cair (lebihkan jika suka leleh)
200 gm keju cheddar ( diparut untuk topping)

Steamed cake recipe:
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 tbsp Ovalette
1 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup cooking oil (100ml)
1/2 cup evaporated milk (100ml) / fresh milk
1/2 tsp vanilla/orange/pandan essence
2 cups/200 gm self -rising/bluekey flour
(if using wheat flour, add 1 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda)
Ingredients of cream cheese:
250 gm cream cheese (any brand)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup evaporated milk (add more if you like to melt)
200 gm cheddar cheese (topping)
