strength and conditioning isn't about killing the athlete it is about getting them ready for the season. making them faster stronger quicker etc.. when you prepare all year round you do not need to see people puking or every work out. nor will you only out of shape individuals should be giving it up during a regular work out. there isn't much that needs to be done, sessions shouldn't be 8 hours long either, you do more damage than good most times!

+MrAlbvik heat exhaustion=death steroids=death - serious fucking up of your body they 'train' for the vanity of? football-means nothing - only thing that matters in this life and for eternity is whether you're born again in Jesus-that's it, period. The mass of what has happened since the beginning of humanity has been majority, vanity-waste-means nothing, still is going on, majority of the time what goes on on earth is vanity..................God put man on earth for one purpose alone-for God's glory and purpose, not man's. Vanity is here because of sin.

Every Thursday my team will do a walkthrough because of the game the next day. Then we would start conditioning. We would do a 2 lap cruise around the field. And then a 1 lap jog. And then 2 half lap sprints. Then we would do 2 10 yard sprints. 2 20 yard sprints. 2 30 yard sprints etc... All the way down the field.

Well done. You waste all your energy for the match like that. Professional football teams do an 1 hour training with nearly no running. Most of it is working on tacktics

My team doesn’t even do that before a game. Matter fact, we do shells only on Thursday (Only helmets). And on Friday it’s all study and walkthroughs. But before that the same week.. man, it’s all grinding 4 hours straight.

This is a weird question, I'm sorry. But how to DL and OL stay big when they do such heavy training as well? Is it just they eat more?
@ryanbeatbox

there's a lot of genetic aspects that play roles in how big a person is or can maintain , the other factor is mostly food intake... these guy prob consume so many calories , like 6k+ just to maintain a day (we're talking the bigs of course) during offseason into spring/summer training to build up size then may taper off based on the weight requirements for their position and how fast they want to be (dont want them to get too big where theyre just absurdly slow and can't perform their roles properly).
