From what I’ve read or heard, devices like this only work on dark hairs. If your hair is white or light blonde, it doesn’t absorb and therefore doesn’t get the benefit of the treatment. Is there any information about this particular device and use on white or light blonde hair? My question was answered by the manufacturer. Seems nothing has changed with these products as they still don’t remove light colored hair. I’m looking forward to the day when someone comes up with something so I can stop the daily plucking of facial hair. My hair loss has taken care of no hair on my arms, legs and underarms and seems to have concentrated that energy into growing it on my face.

Thank you very much for this information, I really appreciate my viewers adding any research they've found. I am getting electrolysis on my facial hair, as I've heard that electrolysis works better on the face. It's working very well for me on side burn area, and chin and upper lip!

@@kerrylou3 I did electrolysis on my facial hair years ago. It worked on the dark hairs, but, unfortunately, not the white ones. She tried concentrating on them, but they came back every time over a 2 year period. Get out the tweezers.

WOW!! This device is amazing! If this would have come through my instagram feed I would have poo-pooed it as a gimmick. The demo was super. Thank you for trying and sharing the real results. ❤

Many years ago, I purchased something called an Iluminage Touch from QVC. I don’t know if it’s still available anywhere. It works on the same principle as this. I still use it every so often for upkeep and maintenance, and if it’s based on the same concept, I can confirm it works very well! (PS You’re very brave☺️)

I've been getting electrolysis on my face hairs for a few months. The woman who does it for me says electrolysis works better on the face, and lasers work best on the body. I did try laser on my face a couple of years ago, and it didn't work after several (costly) treatments. 🙄

Kerry and the alum stick incase you nicked your skin…..like you i thought at 10 i was a wild beast, looking back it was minimal hair. I have the braun type electric hair remover a few years old now, it does work but take much longer than a bic razor.

Hello Kerry, I have used IPL from Philips Lumea 9000 about 3 years ago then I returned it because I thought it won't work in USA as devices in Europe have different electronic power. I didn't know more details about that subject then but now I know those devices are made to work in all countries. I never used any laser device on my body after that and now all I see is very little hair in my legs, underamrs and hands. I am very surprised for the amazing results I got from using the device for only 2 months. I wish they sell it here in USA. I am thinking of trying the Braun and give it a shot. You look very youthful and beautiful. God bless you!

Thanks so much for your feed-back re your laser treatment. Still liking the Braun, I get the odd hairs here and there, probably spots I missed! Over-all very satisfied though!

Kerry-Lou, that seems to work like the Kenzzi. I bought the Kenzzi a couple of years ago and it works like the Braun and I hardly ever shave, no need to. I'm sure when all is said and done you'll need to shave less and less. Good luck!

Thanks so much - I've been eyeing this for a long time and now I think I'm going to go for it. I always had a lot of body hair but after menopause, my facial hair is getting out of control. It's an investment but ultimately it would save you a lot of money on razors, waxing, etc.

Hi Regina, if you go to my link, I found one that was about $300. Not cheap, but much less expensive than going to a spa for treatments! I did this on my bikini area, it was a bit ouchy, but not too bad. I don't think the back is as sensitive.
