I can speak from experience, this tip works wonders. You feel stronger almost immediately and certainly while the bell is going up.

It sounds like a small thing, but little tips like this make a huge difference. I got some double kettlebell technique guides as part of a bundle when I got Geoff's RMF package, and some of his cues helped me get rid of the hip pain that I was having during the downward portion of the swing. Turns out my set-up just needed some refining. When you're doing long, floor-to-overhead lifts with kettlebells, an issue at the start results in an issue everywhere else in the chain, I think.

good to know that the Big 6 is single and Kettlebell strong is Double.
