Another awesome kettlebell workout! can’t wait to do this one tomorrow. One thing I’ve been wondering about is what your weekly workout routine looks like Samuel? Do you alternate between strength training with weights and kettlebell workouts? Or all kettlebell these days?

Exactly as you mentioned! I am actually in a hypertrophy stage at the moment so I’m doing a 5-day training program with weights in the gym. I also do kettlebell workouts on top of this or substitute for a gym day sometimes to build my cardio and strength & conditioning. I’ve had lots of periods in the past where I just stick to kettlebells. It depends on my goals and I also have a hunger to learn about lots of different training styles so I go through phases of trying new things out. The kettlebells are a staple of my training though and I’ll always come back to them 👊🙏
