Brand new MPU and Automators listener. Downloaded KM last night and already improving my workflow. I am a graphic designer and used this video + display arrangement actions to create a macro for Sidecar+MBP16. I normally have my iPad on the left when I'm not using Apple Pencil, but when I use it to draw in Illustrator, it is on the right. One macro moves Illustrator over to the iPad, resizes it and corrects the display arrangement with one hot key. What was annoying enough to deter me from drawing is now seamless. Thank you!

Wow, thanks David! I'm new to a Catalina/Retina MacBook and to Keyboard Maestro. This is exactly what I need to do for live video streaming, so this saves me a lot of fumbling around. Also new to a lot of other stuff, so just getting stuff working helps a lot. Salute!

Glad you’ve started a channel David. THis has prompted me to try Keyboard Maestro. I’d like to get another monitor for my iMac like yours but not sure about setting up, cables, vertical orientation etc. If ever you have time to do a video on that it would be great.

Is there any reason to use window management apps over KM? I use Magnet right now, but I’m not seeing anything it does differently or better (from KM) from your video.

Rather than using Main, use Front. E.g SCREENVISIBLE(Front, MidX), so the app resizes in its monitor - useful for multiple monitor setups.

So happy you created this channel. I have bought all of your tutorials and love Automators and MPU! Could you post the km file for this, please?
working with the trial right now to see if this fits my needs... Trying to follow along, but I don't see a Windows management option!

So you can control what screen it goes on and in what position but is it possible to control what space/virtual desktop it goes onto? I have 3 on my main screen (admin, web, dev) and 2 on my aux screen (communication, media). Good luck with the channel!

Hey thanks for that great video. It`s some days old, but I am just starting with keyboard maestro and this helps a lot. One question about the window management. Is there a way to adress more then one internal and one external monitor? What about using two external monitors or what I am also often doing is using the iPad as a second or third monitor. Any tips about that? Thanks a lot
