great recipe, thank You Yousef. Unfortunately my wife is allergic to "esfanaj", but I love it, that is why I seldom eat spinach. Sometimes I use green cabbage as a substitute for spinach, then she can eat it. Not really as good as spinach, but OK, it is better than her allergic reaction. Still I think I will try making this dish, in the near future. Just have to make an alternative for her 😀😋❤

رجاء مالفرق بين الو الأصفر والبرقوق الحامض والبخاره نحن في العراق عندنا البخاره الجافه وفي الأردن عندنا البرقوق الأمريكي بدون نوى ويكون لونه اسود الرجاء سيد يوسف ما هو الفرق بين هؤلا ء الثلاثه في الطعم وهل هم من نفس الفصيله النباتيه
