1 medium sized knob of ginger, peeled and finely mince
2 medium red onion, finely chopped
2 green chili peppers, minced
1 1⁄2 cup of white vinegar
1 cup of lemon juice 1 cup of soy sauce
salt to taste
.pinch of msg or sugar to taste
freshly ground black pepper
