1. Dumbell curls
2 Set = 15-20 Rep's
2. Barbell Curls ( Wide Grip )
4 Set = 10-12 Rep's
3. Barbell Curls ( Close Grip )
4 Set = 10-12 Rep's
4. Precher Curls ( Dumbells )
3 Set = 8-10 Rep's
5. Cable Curl
3 Set = 10-12 Rep's
6. Concentration
4 Set = 10-12 Rep's
7. Hammer Curls
4 Set = 10-12 Rep's
Go with normal weight with proper form.
