2kg Pork Back-bone, 2 handful of Siraegi, 5 Potatoes
1/2 Onion, 1 Green onion, 4 Bay leaf, 20 Pepper
10 Cheongyang hot pepper, 1/2cup Soju(Cooking wine)
[Seasoning]
1/2tsp Ginger powder, 5Tbs Ginger wine*
1Tbs Gochujang, 1Tbs Hot pepper flakes
2Tbs Soybean paste, 4Tbs Perilla powder
a handful of Anchovies(or Anchovy powder)
3Tbs Minced garlic, a little of Ground pepper
