It looks like Angel yeast only has large packs of yeast on their page. Do they have small packs? I'd talk to them at Brau in Nürnberg. They didn't have sample packs. When they heard I am from Sweden they said "Do you know dr Hans?" Well, yes...

So the cold fermented had more carbonation? If so that could be because during the pressure ferment this beer absorbed more CO2 because it was colder. Very impressive they were very similar! Need to drop the negative leave nasty comments and don't subscribe now it's a bit meh now and a put off. Be positive and keep bringing these awesome experiments!
@DrHansBrewery
9 ай бұрын
No no it was my fault really. I have been drawing beer from both kegs without gas hooked up to the kegs. Just randomly pushing some gas on them. So the difference in carbonation is my fault and has nothing to do with the fermentation. I tried to make that clear in the video. But obviously I didn't do a good enough job. So you don't think all KZitem channels who begs for subscribers are more of a put off?
@twolittletanks

I actually don't know which is better or worse. I am trying to figure out what to do on my channel, do I remind people to like comment and subscribe? Because sometimes I simply forget to do it and don't mind getting a reminder. Obviously don't like the ones that keep nagging you for likes and comments.

@DrHansBrewery

Thank you! I found that higher pressure where distracting viewers from the actual experiments. Because of stuff seen or read from other sources. After some many comments about the same thing I changed it up. And also if I'm dry hopping Im using less pressure. If you want the right carbonation level you of course need higher pressure.

@@DrHansBrewery Thank you for the reply and good to know. Because of your videos I always go 30 psi (unless I dry hop) and of course I do not need to tell you all the reasons why. Thanks again for great content!
@DrHansBrewery

@@greentom9189 I've never gone only 30psi. instead of always going 30psi, because that depends on temperature and wanted level of co2. Try using my carbonation calculator instead to determine recommend pressure.
