Lamb stew | Maraq Ari by Daryeel Kitchen
ingredients List
3-4 tbsps sunflower Oil | Olive oil
2 chopped onions
400g mixed lamb pieces
Thumb sized ginger grated
3 garlic grated
1/2 pepper chopped ( any colour)
2 tomato chopped
2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp coriander
Chopped coriander
2 green chilli cut into 2 ( optional)
2 tsp vegetable seasoning
1 tin tomato pureed | Passata
Add 600ml of water
4 potatoes cut into 4
1/2 tsp of dried herbs
Cooking time cook for 30 min first on medium high heat then after adding potatoes cook for 25 min medium low until the potatoes have cooked.
If you need to add little water feel free to do that.
