I feel like rolling wheels and/or opening parts give a major bonus to the overall quality of a model. It's relatively easy to make a good looking static model but it's on another level to provide that same level of detail (or very close to) while implementing that extra attention to detail to provide smoothly rolling wheels and/or opening parts. Such limitations and imperfections are easy to hide behind a case or shell but once they are freed that attention to detail is blatantly apparent and much more apparent. In terms of details and quality, Tarmac Works and Mini GT will always best HW even at an RLC level especially for the money without much effort.

Speaking to my point on a 1:18 scale; Ignition and Otto put out some deliciously stunning models and utterly amazing variety but brands like AutoArt will always take the cake simply for taking the time to provide rolling wheels, every opening panel that should open, fantastic engine bays, and tangible interiors. For the price of an Ignition model you could buy a Zonda from AutoArt that is so detailed that it is basically a shrunken life sized model and you'll still have change left over. Tarmac's Global 64 and Mini GT are the 1:64 equivalent of AutoArt and larger brands like HW and Matchbox can't even come close even at their higher end offerings. The few exceptions to this are the RLC Willy's Jeeps and Impala lowriders with working suspensions.

It's not "black"; it has a very fine, scale-accurate carbon fiber finish

The fine carbon finish on the Pagani Zonda cinque actually makes me regret voting for the Pagani Zonda R. The finish is so nice and actually more realistic than on more expensive resin models I have seen. I thought it was just a polished black finish until I saw the sunlight reflecting off the fine carbon lines.

i don`t get it , why would you only include the not as high quality inno64? globle64? because they`re better to play with? are you serious? do a poll on how many collectors "play" with their diecast, than this contrived seeding system, you really come up with some bizarre ideas :D

Why would I want a replica of a car that doesn't have functional wheels? If your going to buy something to just put on a shelf and look at occasionally you might as well just get a photo of the car. At least it's 100% accurate to the real thing since accuracy and detail seems to be the only thing that matters to you

@@streetweapon_salem well when you prefer to play with your diecast in the sandpit at kindergarten with other pre schoolers i guess you have a point
