It’s always good to help people once in a while, and if you don’t have people you’ll become a lazy bum!

I carried a FULL shopping trolley worth of shopping, in bags, out of my car and into my house alone! It was exhausting! I can relate to the discomfort the dad has.

Are teenagers usually like that? Because I don’t think I was like that during my teenage years. Or was I? I don’t remember.

it's funny. I remember going through a fase like that when I was 16. however, if I remember one day. I was having one of my lazy days. I just wanted to listen to my show, and usually wouldn't get away from the tv for anything. but, my mom came in, told me your dad's cleaning the pool, or well I forget exactly what it was, but it was a job where he had to go very deep under the water, so my job was everytime he would, I had to stand on his back to keep him balanced. all though, I have very crappy balance, I was more than happy to help. I guess it's bc he's never asked me for a favour before, it made me feel inportant, as I couldn't do much, I'm blind, and have a physical disability, hens my crappy balance. but I was smaller and shorter than, and I was able to keep him where he was supposed to be. guess my point is, if your parents need your help, and you're able, then why not do it? it'll only take you a few hours out of your day.
