Anyone who says different did not see this man play in real time over his career or has forgotten and has been so thirsty for greatness that they have now crowned a FALSE "king". In todays NBA Jordan in his prime would be putting up 40-60 points REGULARLY, facts. I know it's a hard pill for Lebron fans but Jordan has NO quit in him, Lebron's got plenty. The question isn't Jordan or Lebron. The more appropriate question is Jordan or Ali or Pele or Brady or Babe Ruth. Respectfully the answer is still Michael Jordan.

And let's not forget, it got to the point where the league had to snub Jordan on various awards where he had better numbers than whoever won the award, because if the league didn't do that, then nobody else would have gotten fed much of anything. Jordan's D in statistical terms, was actually even better than his offense and the level he played offense at is the all-time best. Only Kobe can come even close to Jordan's all around offensive game (including being clutch and having the mental toughness not to flop and be a crybaby who skips games over minor injuries), and that's because Kobe modeled a lot of his game after Jordan, and Jordan mentored him on the mental aspects of the game.

@Andre Davis For anyone in his position no matter what age. If your not averaging at least 20 points a game, your not going to survive in the NBA. 20 points a game is still good and he was still pulling off 40 point games some games too. For his age he was average and he really only wanted to join the wizards to help promote the team. He played the entire season for free.

This man DOMINATED the league. No team or individual star players were able to obtain a championship during MR 23’s prime run! I was fortunate enough to get to watch Jordan play, while in his prime. As an old school Heat fan, it was brutal to watch my Heat get slapped up by the Bulls, because of JORDAN. Pat Riley even retired Jordan’s number out of respect for his dominance. When JORDAN retired, all of the major networks broadcasted his retirement simultaneously live. Jordan was MICHAEL JACKSON status, in his prime!

You’re not wrong. I think the answer is obvious and this video shows that, but I can still watch and appreciate Lebron. @@SDD0607 in how many games. It's SIGNIFICANTLY easier to play longer in today's league than when Jordan played. There's no such thing as the LeBron Rules. Micheal Jordan played in a much more physical era...... and still has the highest scoring average OF ALL TIME. You know all the other stats, but I'll leave you with this one. Jordan came in as a rookie and said he had to work to be great. Lebron came in as a rookie with "The King" and "Chosen One" tats. Before the NBA Jordan had a coach that taught him that greatness requires work and the effort you put into that work. Before the NBA lebron had sponsors and handlers telling him he was the best ever before he even had stats in the NBA history books. But at least lebron got to play with his step dad early in his career

His maneuvers in the air were just insane. The control!!! Literally Air Jordan, like a the shoe. The quickness, out of this world. The motor… the drive to win. When Jordan played, the whole world stopped to watch him. Even the best football players drooled in his presence; both football and soccer!!! I still recall people chasing the US Basketball Team bus through the streets of Barcelona trying to get a glimpse of him; ask Charles. They had police escorting them for crying out loud; it was insane the passion he stirred up. Everyone wanted to be like Mike. Come to find out a few years layer after he retired, NBA players called him behind doors Black Jesus, and that’s no lie. I am glad I got to see him live more than once. Pure artistry in motion.
