This workout is a HIIT leg exercise, for uses of losing weight, improving cardio endurance, explosiveness, a simplified version from “Jump Attack” program by Tim Grover, Michael Jordan’s trainer. The exercises:
#1 Lunge Isometric Hold
#2 Squat + Split Squat Jump
#3 Fast Squat + Roll Back Jump
Attention: This is a high intensity workout and is NOT suitable for the ones having cardio issues. Please ask for doctor’s advice before any attempts.
