He admits getting beat in the ring, not on the cobbles though. Absolute animal, footage on Ruby wax he was in his prime, just looking at him u know he is a one off, how many people would spowt their shit to him if he was here? Exactly.... Hope all the negative comments on all the videos get deleted, happy viewing to the decent people, any more unseen footage coming, enjoying them all.

Roy Shaw beat him in their first fight , then subsequently lost in the two follow-up s , But the thousands of fights unbeaten is Billy liar , he may have broken up thousands of fights working on the doors , but respect he is a real legend , not the real guvnor but up there.

Actually, he is speaking the truth and you've just labelled him a prick for it. I suggest you do some research, Lenny was a big, nasty, mean as fuck fighter, but he was far from unbeaten, in fact he was knocked out cold twice by Johnny Waldron and twice by Cliff Field.
@barrythebaptist6532

Lee Ames but Lenny never says he was unbeaten in the ring in fact he stresses the fact I never lost a fight on the cobbles n if you work it out he worked the club's for roughly 30yrs so he most probably did have thousands of fights

First time he been knocked down was .. He got knocked down many times an knocked out in a few of his fights.. Very tough man an wud kill 99 percent of average Joe's.. But terr was way better boxers an guys who wudda had him easily on the cobbles also.. An no doubt he will have met at least one or two over te years.. There's story's of him been beat up.. He was a 6ft 3 strong heavyweight.. Most of these 2000 fights will have been him man handling drunken guys half his size who can't fight.. Someone like Lennox Lewis or tyson wud kill lenny in about 30 seconds.. I don't mean to be disrespectful cos he is an extremely tough guy an was a decent boxer but there was many many levels above him.. The people who knocked lenny out weren't even seen as that good either.. Of course They r good to average joes an of course he was a very dangerous deadly man sparking out average drunk guys most of whom wudda been way smaller than him.. Tat is like taking candy from a baby 4 him.. but a decent level heavyweight fighter wudda beat him most of te time .. Hence he lost . He trys to act like it never happened

the man was a legend but if u work it out 20.000 fights that works out about 3 a day in the years he was active and thats some going without doing alot of time for ABH or GBH which he never did but due respect id call him SIR face 2 face no dought about it

This is before cctv was so popular.. He literally had 5 fights a night times a week in pubs n clubs. And then he had people challenging him for Money so he was constantly fighting. Doorman back then actually fought people if you lost fights as a doorman they would sack you, not like Today when bouncers have to do all the correct restraining techniques etc
@CraigMansfield
2 жыл бұрын
Yea, but if you spend years on the doors, you will fight multiple people a night. Sometimes he'd fight groups at a time. I think it was 16 or 18 one night, and he got off with the charge of assault because they said it would get laughed out of court: 1 against 16. He did big himself up a bit to be honest. It's well documented that he got knocked out a couple of times, but that never made his autobiography. I liked him, personally.

Never been on the floor? hahahahaha he was knocked out more times than audly Harrison he was an average fighter who got lucky and had a second bite at Shaw when Shaw was meny years older than him half his size( Shaw was a middle weight remember) and was having a bad night then lightning struck twice for him and he beat Shaw again. He never faught shaw after that no matter how much money he was offered or how meny times shaw challenged him ( including live on the Gary bushel show) in fact he refused to fight anyone as he wouldn't risk his title. Even all the guys who had beat him meny times and were entitled to a shot, he just refused. He lived his life on the fact that he won a fight for a change. Minds me of fury lol
