I started writing for myself so I could rant without the worry of offending a few people! I love your rants! I feel I am on the same page. I started doing nothing but reading and watching and brewing and photographing, nonstop on all the plants around me since we bought 20 acres near Yosemite 4 years ago. I had grown disheartened in our medical system and now I have never felt happier and healthier with mother nature's assistance. Keep up the videos! My obsession keeps growing, literally! Sadly, when one tries to talk to most people about the benefits of mother nature, they look at you like you're nuts!

Lol ur name is April cool mine too.... I almost the exact same way...,my daughter who is 11 and 13 going on 14 keep telling me to start up a channel as I m trying to feed them the ‘red pill’ as they call it lol....my girls created a tic tok and snap chat acct...its just i do not consciously think to record as I’m breaking down concepts and giving them my perspective on things... I just began my journey on learning this vast golden information; they also get impatient with me going on a hike because I’m always noticing a flower or plant and running off to check it out...sometimes I feel more like a kid than an actual child. Like the other day a small yellow bird flew pretty close in front of and I got really excited and happy my girls were like Mom it’s just a bird. I’m still excited saying yeah but I’m outside all the time and it’s the first time a bird like that is making itself known I’m also always feeding the birds.... Ill always want to hear what you got to say. Stay blessed and keep doing u.

Y'know the shiznit, don'cha? Some of these jerkwaters want you to buy their methods and machines. You are a genuinely selfless person. I congratulate your courage. I've been doing the same for close friends for over 40 years (still, I ain't sayin' how damb old that makes me!). Them that get it really get it. Them that don't help big pharma get more into our pockets. You go girl, and say hi to hubby. A little recognition for the cameraman (where applicable). Hey, on another note, ever notice when a business is 'on the brink' a lot of times they'll price themselves on out of business? With little or no result, backers in research fields are beginning to pull out. See how high ''health care'' has gotten? This lady can teach you something. :)

Now because people are losing faith in the medical profession (no wonder after all the pill pushing) The WHO has decided they need a good marketing campaign to boost the flow of money into their coffers. This speaks volumes about the mindset with todays medical community and big pharma is now. The fact that you choose to give freely of your knowledge to anyone who is interested in learning this craft speaks volumes. The WHO should take lessons. I thought they were supposed to be organized for the good of mankind. Obviously not. I would suggest everyone learn about herbalism. Thank you for sharing.🌿

Hi. 🙂 I’ve watched some of your content when you post and this one came up for me today Even though you made this video four years ago. I absolutely adore you and appreciate your wisdom. You are the coolest. I have harvested some herbs in the past and I’m pretty new with making tinctures. However many years ago I happened on a beautiful patch of John’s wort growing with thistle. It was a beautiful site and I felt that they were a complementary or companion plant to each other. At the time I harvested the the John’s wort and to make tincture. It was amazing. But it ended up at my friends house. Well I one day decided to shave my legs and proceeded to use a Mary Kay lotion with seaweed in it. Two hours later I was itching and then broke out in a full on rash that took three months to go away. It was miserable. I was in a cool bath every two hours and trying everything under the sun including Benadryl in different forms and calamine. Then I had an aha moment about the st John’s wort and luckily for me my friends still had some. I started taking the tincture and the rash started to immediately go away. That is when I had the biggest confirmation of my life about the healing properties of plants. When I found your channel I became hooked. Your plant Wisdom and your wise woman ways are so valuable. Thank you for taking the time to come on these platforms to teach us. Many blessings to you always. Jacquelyn 🦋
