That Forrest city that your dad was talking about was what we call in Texas a hipper.. We use them alot in cotton ground to reshape beds.

Kmc still makes bedders like your dad was talking about with the two disc blades on each side. We have alot of them here in Eastern North Carolina to bed tobacco and sweet potatoe land. North Carolina is number one in tobacco and sweet potatoes in the nation.

I'm underside about which one is my favorite. Planning season or harvest season. I am extremely excited about both. And watching Tripple R Farms video's takes me back in time to my younger days. Better then and now, times has changed a lot of things but the end result are still the same. Row cropping is still and always will be the best in the South East. Good video Daniel

whenever we were in beans or peas we always dragged a heavy link chain as a ground strap to try and stop any static electricity.

Any particular reason your farm does not use cover crops to hold the soil in place, and add to it.

We use them in some fields here in Bama, but I imagine a lot of it depends on how the soil is doing year to year in each field as well as costs. Might being seeing a lot more use cover crops this year due to fertilizer and chicken manure going so high and hard to get.

We use your typical planter to plant beans, we don’t drill them. We can drill wheat but we spread it. I’m not Daniel but in the same great state as him🤷🏻♂️
