These exercises are more advanced than Level 2 and should be done in addition to them for maintenance and rehab. For the T, W, V exercises start without any weight then add 1lb. at a time, but no more than 3lb. total. Heavier weights result in substitution of other muscles than those you need to work. So stay light and make sure you are doing the FULL range of motion.
