This is genius work, thanks for sharing, I was looking for user defined information in the plot, so I can use Excel to classify this information in the dataset and landuse budget. 👍

The user define properties don't always show up in the table. I ended up just using the description field.

Hi, nice explanation! Is there a way to export such property to SHP attributes? It doesnt go to SDF file exported :'( Why God!!

How do I delete a user-defined property? It says, that the parameter is being used. Finaly, I deleted all the parceles from the drawing, but the parameter is still used.

very nice tip! I was looking for something like that, previouly I was using many styles for each property combination I need to set to export to exel and make report by each type with sums, now I am creating user prop. for DATE, CONTRACTOR, etc

While you can export the data to CSV, it would be really nice to be able to IMPORT data. That way I can edit those field in Excel rather than having to clunk around and edit each individual parcel in the Civil 3D editor. I would find this incredibly useful.

Hi there! In the latest versions, what you are asking about can be done more easily through Civil 3D’s Property Sets. Hope this helps!

I draw a rectangle of 10'x10', when a convert it a parcel and select area dimensions as sqft it show the result as 14400 it means it is showing the result in sq inches, NEED HELP
