THE 2023 LIGHTHOUSE CHALLENGE OF NEW JERSEY
OCTOBER 21st & 22nd, 2023
Join us as we take on the Lighthouse Challenge of New Jersey. A two-day event that challenges you to visit and climb all of the land-based lighthouses and lifesaving stations around the state of New Jersey. Covering more than 400 miles around the state in just 48 hours, it is indeed quite a challenge! Collect a unique stamp in your souvenir logbook at each location and if you complete them all you are entered into a drawing for over $500 in prizes. We haven't heard from anyone, so we guess we didn't win :(
Things got off to a rocky start with rain and crowds at the first two lighthouses, but the weather broke late morning that first day and the crowds thinned out as we got into the afternoon. With blue skies and sunshine for the rest of the weekend it turned out to be a fun and enjoyable adventure.
Are you up for the challenge next year?? Check out the link below for all the challenge details.
