Parasocial relationships are the name of the game for our time! These women are definitely working their ass off, but it can be easy to become illusioned. For every one that succeeds many fail. Building up two 75% income streams is better than one 100% stream. At least imo lol, source: just trust me bro

Lol, I believe you. That’s why I’m working so hard on my other business goals outside of KZitem. I would never want to rely on solely one income, ESPECIALLY with that one income being KZitem. Self-employment, in general, is very fickle but KZitem takes the unstable nature of entrepreneurship to another level.

Hey dearie! Just wanted to pop in and ask you to consider creating your own rituals for celebrating wins, both big and small. It's something we see frequently with the successful entrepreneurs. They have all these achievements, but they feel like hamsters on a wheel, just chasing, chasing, chasing. Turns out that the feeling of happiness/satisfaction with life comes from accomplishing short term and long term goals (you need both) and properly celebrating them. Celebrating the win can be as important as achieving the win in the first place. Celebrating is a way of setting up memorial stones so that when hard times come, you can go back to those good times in your head, the victories you know you had, and basically you can access caches of strength. Your celebration rituals do not ALL have to be extravagant. But you should have a few that are purposefully lux. Like if you accomplish a five year goal, maybe you go on a week long trip somewhere with some spa treatments included. Maybe you accomplish a short term goal, but it's a BIG one, you invest in something pricey that you want, but is going to help you grow your business or your channel. Surround yourself with touchstones. Something to think about.
@simmpleenough

I agree! I don’t know if I’ve ever celebrated any of my big or small wins. I really enjoyed treating myself the other week and it’s definitely something I want to start incorporating into my life more often.

Might I recommend cucumbers! They are so easy to grow. I slice and pickle mine in sugar water, salt, vinegar, and peppercorns. They are amazing when I put them on my sandwiches! Mine were still blooming in December in Texas! I also grow and pickle beets. I have a soaker hose around my house foundation and plant the babies along that soaker hose. I screw on a solar powered timer to the water hose spigot so they will automatically be watered daily. This way it is little to now work, once they are planted. I even go on vacation and don’t have to worry about watering. 🌱

But when you blend your leafy greens, you don’t get any of the nitric oxide replenishing benefits, which you only get by chewing your leafy greens. And only by chewing your leafy greens. Digestion process starts in the mouth. It does more for your mentals than it really does for your physical heart health blending up your leafy greens, making your smoothie taste otherwise bad, and wasting your leafy greens in one breath lol. Ignorance truly is bliss. 😅 A good way to get your leafy greens in every day is to boil them and eat them cooked. You eat a lot of leafy greens if you cook them down. The nutrients lost are minimal. 😊

It’s a good thing I consume more than a smoothie everyday. We have to think logically before we go on the internet trying to provide someone with unsolicited information. I eat leafy greens and I drink leafy greens. I eat raw plant foods, as well as cooked. Balance.

You inspire me to start my channel...I am a traveling healer, farmer, and creative entreprenuer. I travel...I keep going back to my parents place to touch home-based, but am calling in my own land as a journey to other homesteads and see how others have made of their land. I have a couple spots in my hometown where I grow heirloom greens for private/local chefs, forage for wild greens and i am now preparing a pop up farm stand. I look forward to crossing paths with you and sharing harvest, communing in a natural space and being liberated through self sufficiency. I agree with you on the why with your parents. Ma and Pop are supportive and truly don't want me my van...but It's a personal preference for self+reliance towards self+sufficiently. Got to the end of your video and need to add, YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION AND I do watch you to know work with you towards my desires/goals.

I’d love to cross paths and learn from you. Natural healing and foraging are skills I hope to acquire. How do you find homesteads to visit? Do you have friends/acquaintances with homesteads? I visited a woman’s small homestead, years ago. She was a blogger who held an event on her land. It was a tiny plot of land in the west palm beach, fl area. I was amazed at what her and her partner did with such little space. It’d be wonderful to visit others.

I am apart of a network called, WWOOF. Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms. It's a great way to work with farmers, see where food comes from, prepare by hands-on experiences about farm living/homestead life. You get to be a help for alot of them, be an extra hand, learning, immersing, they provide (REQUIRED) a space to sleep and a place to shower (the last one I am visited had a sauna she promoted using after I worked on my van after I journeyed from so far). You can get a contract to work anywhere...I've been awarded this year's Future farmer's grant which allows me to work on a farm this summer and learn Advance Agroecology. I have mentors from farms, and being an earthseed that school me on foraging. I identity edible plants, wild greens, mushrooms, I'm mostly plant based but I aim to eat what I can process my self as by my own homestead takes shape (every thing i want is coming and the land I steward is already mine in mind, even if not yet on the physical plane)! I also am from the Midwest, with roots in the South, so I have friend and family farmers, who I periodically connect with and trade as a healer/helper/spacekeeper.

I LOVE korean food. I'm obsessed. I will try this recipie. That koren chili is my favourite chili. Also love kimchi and I made some by myself, it turned out really good.

Peppermint oil and menthol are great for headaches.... especially if you inhale them along with rubbing them on the temples

Congrats on 20K You def inspire me! I have not only bought Harissa last week because I want to try many of your recipes but I have also been inspired by how you plan your days and filming. I have a very demanding full time job and also create content to stay sane! I love how you found a commonality between you and the luxury ladies. That's life! Connecting! Thanks for sharing with us!

I’m so happy to know my videos inspire you; thanks for sharing that ☺️. I started my KZitem journey when I worked full time and it was not easy! I would’ve been much less stressed if I had learned how to better schedule my days. Hopefully you’ll find a way to balance it all. It already seems like you’re doing better than I was!

Hey, Monique! How do you keep the food smells out of your clothing? You inspired me to change up breakfast tomorrow to a peanut butter, banana, and spinach smoothie! I also add a little fresh lemon juice, salt, and stevia to mine. My dream is to also have a simple, modern modular house with my beloved on maybe 3 acres, with a garden and dogs to guard the property. Right now I am single and am behind on starting my annual garden because of recent surgery and illness. Keep grinding, Sister!😘

Hey! I can’t do much to avoid my clothes smelling like food. I don’t have febreeze or anything like that, so I’ll just put them in the dirty clothes bag if the smell won’t air out.
