Nice video Sean. Yes it always had that flare out part in front of the cylinder. Mine is from 2018 when they came out and it looks just like yours. Great test. Looking forward to you tinker with it. Cheers 😃👍

Thanks for another great video. The balls roll out of the barrel, not the drum. As far as tightening the co2 cylinder, I only go hand tight. Even with the Byrna LE, I have a speed changer and I only do light hand tight. That way, I'm able to do it without tools. Don't like the key on the Byrna magazine either.

The TR50 is a great option. I'm ordering a 40J HDX or HDB tomorrow as I'm torn on which one I want, but I do know I have to order one of them before they're sold out again, but I'm kinda leaning towards the HDX because of the combat shottie look and the clacking sound that everyone recognizes as a shottie, but I'll be talking to the company in the morning to ask them a few questions.

I'm torn between the HDB and the M17, and have been torn between these two for 2 years. The HDX is awesome, but too difficult to modify. If you can get the 40j HDX you will have a decent marker, but it may already be at the highest power possible. Whereas, with the HDB the power possibilities are endless. The M17 seems to mainentaince heavy for my liking. So I think maybe the HDB is the best option. I've got everything else in the range.
@lesslethalfordummies

The Hdx is only 40j with a 88/90g co2. This is an added expense to consider on top of the fact its a bit of a nightmare to work on. Cant beat that sound though.

if you get a 1/2 bit and ream the little groves in the cylinder it will fit 12.7mm ball bearings perfectly to a tee and honestly theres no way you will loose velocity if they fit snug , in my experience you most likely would loose velocity if they are too tight,another tip that many don’t know about is you can put a bit of lube in the cylinder and use the cylinder as a mold to make diy projectiles
