Old guy at 3:35 was Svend Stensgaard, a Danish powerlifter who passed away earlier this year, he lived to be 98 years old. His last official competition was Danish nationals in 2018. He was a legend in Denmark. RIP Svend, an inspiration to many of us younger lifters to show us that you can keep at it well into your older years.

I think for me the most impressive thing about that lift was the ease at which he was able to stand up post-lift. You don't see alot of 95+ year olders who can get up so easily; it definitely illustrates the importance of longevity within exercise, and that's just without the good sumo he just pulled before

When I saw the 90 year old pulling four plates I thought it was 225 and was impressed. This absolute barbarian is pulling 405 for reps at 90. That's the most impressive strength I've ever seen.

But in the case of someone who manages to bounce back up their natural test after a cycle, they will actually have more muscles than you would naturally, cause roids have residual effects. And in their case, they need TRT anyway because their balls are shur down for life, so it's mike veing on a small cycle all the time. A guy that did bodybuilding on roids all his life will still easily have more muscle than you at 60 even drug free or with TRT
