Easy cooking for busy families
Lorenzo's Dressing
1/2 cup white vinegar
Salt--start with NO salt, taste when finished processing and add 1/2 tsp. at a time until it suits your taste.
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
3-4 cloves of fresh garlic
1 tblsp. anchovy paste (use less and add to suit your taste)
1 egg yoke
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 heaping tblsp. grated Italian cheese
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil (drizzle in last)
Mix everything in a blender except the olive oil. Slowly add the olive oil in the mix (with the blender running). Add the salt (if any) last. You may not need any depending on how salty the grated cheese is. Enjoy!!
