Hello! In this video I will show a workout that will help you get rid of your stomach and sides. BUT! There is a very important point: this is just a workout, it is an important addition to your diet! Since it is the diet that will help get rid of the stomach, and training will help bring your body into shape and adjust your figure. Proper nutrition + training = dream body! Remember this formula.
There are only 8 exercises in this video with short rest pauses. I also made a very simple lightweight version for those who find it difficult to perform exercises in full amplitude and at a high pace! Thus, we can say that this training is suitable for absolutely everyone!
Do your workout every day. I recommend doing it in the morning, it will give you energy for the whole day and it won't take more than 5 minutes!
