This guy uploaded a 1080p clip in 2010 (times when even professionals were making 420p videos at best) literally a day after the episode aired... what a legend.

I was watching the final two seasons using 40-50MB files back when the show was airing thanks to horribly slow internet here in India at the time. Also couldn't wait to see each episode so I deliberately looked for small files, and even if those took time, I would just read the plot on Wikipedia. This show drove me crazy with anticipation every single week, haha.

Desmond the fixer is incredible, he found christians’ coffin and faked a phone call to jack pretending to be an oceanic staff (they’re incompetent) ,he got sayid and kate out of jail by bribing ana lucia, hit locke with his car so he’d get to meet jack again and fix him. It didn’t work so he came back to the school and beat ben to send the message. “I wasn’t trying to hurt him, i’m helping him to move on”. Something like that, he needed to wake ben to wake lockeso that locke and kate can wake jack somehow. And i fully believe he sent libby to hurly. He was watching them on their date. George gave him the 815 names and he recognized the name of elizabeth the woman who gave him the boat (he is very thorough, he even knew illana was looking for claire).

@stellastey - I don't know if you've only watched the series once, but if yes I rec you go back and watch it again at your own pace from start to finish. You will find that any "mystery" that was crucial to the story was actually answered by the end. That said, for me I didn't care if any of the mysteries were answered, that wasn't the point of the show.

@stellastey I thought that at first but then I watched the entire show for a second time on netflix and i realised they answered about 90% of the mysteries and the other 10% was either you come to your own conclusion or it was just left to be a mystery

LOST finale ended the way it did was thanks to Star Wars. To have an answer explained of what the FORCE really is was most un-inspiring. By leaving things open to interpretation/discuss in the finale, I believe Damon & Carlton did us all a favor even when some of us "don't even realize it".

i still cant believe anyone actually thought the ending of lost was good,i felt completely cheated by jj abrams and co,they strung us along with mystery after mystery episode after episode and then hardly ever bothered explaining them, they left us hanging on so many topics it was unreal, all for the sake of ratings, keep e, hooked and theyll keep watching, seemed to be there attitude, its like writing a book never finishing it and expecting people to still buy it,shame as i enjoyed the ride.

Most of it was explained at some point, though they didn't jam it down everyone's throats, so a bunch of people missed it. There were some absolute bullshit episodes, which I hope were written by random one-time writers (like kate's horse - the ilsnad apparently teleports a horse in for one scene, which is 100% inconsistent with the rest of the story). That said, I hate the whole "flash sideways" - it was clear that jake dying in the bamboo thicket was meant to be the final scene from the start (to make the series go full circle - jack waking up in the bamboo thicket was the opening scene).

You're so dumb you didn't even understand that JJ had nothing to do with the show beyond the first season. And co-writing the first episode of the third season.

It’s jj’s stupid mystery box philosophy. It’s exactly as you said. It’s about stringing viewers along and keeping them coming back. He did this with the first Star Wars sequel Force Awakens and left the rest up to who ever. He also did this with his Star Trek trilogy. His filming style and story telling,.....It’s design for intrigue and nothing more. That’s why people find it so annoying. It’s all about ratings and getting asses in seats. It’s strictly buisness and not for the art of telling a complete story. He’s a manipulative hack who gets payer way more than far better writers and film makers. He’s also J_wish. That’s Hollywood nepotism for you, which would explain a lot.

The main person to blame is Lindelof. Just watch some iterviews with him when lost was airing. Just lying, lying and lying. That guy is so punchable.

I am letting you know 11 years later that you’re an idiot. The ending is only difficult to understand if you barely paid attention to the show.
