Yeah, I love it too. I also adore the moment before as Danny goes on heightening his voice from "Paganini-Toscanini" to "Khatchaturian" (a Russian composer) which he indeed propounces like a sneeze - it was so good I MYSELF nearly shouted "Bless you, Danny !" while watching it ;-P "Gesundheit" jokes were a must in every movie Danny's wife Sylvia collaborated on - sort of an inside joke ;-)

I remember them from my younger days. I grew up living across the street and down the block from Louis Armstrong. He was a great guy and everyone in the neighborhood loved him. The shame is that in todays times, there just isn't anyplace for personalities like these, and I'm so greatful to have enjoyed them when tehy were still here. Danny Kaye was one of my most favorite persnalities in my youth. I loved everyone of his movies. He brightened my childhood ! ! !

Absolutely agree! This is REAL music. Of course, you know we're sounding like parents did when The Beatles came around, or when Elvis came around, or when KISS came around... New fads in music are snatched by the younger folks and hated by the older folks, and the younger people often hate the older music. But I tend to think it's not about the quality of the music but simply rejecting "old" things. These guys were simply awesome. We used to listen this number on LP in the 70's.
