This loop band workout is broken up into three circuits. In each circuit, you'll do three exercises, back to back, for 30 seconds each. Rest 30 seconds then repeat. You'll complete four sets of each circuit, alternating between right and left.
There's a big focus on stability and balance, especially in the first two circuits. So this won't be the sweatiest of my workouts, but it's challenging in a different way!
