RIP Mimi. Your voice will never fade. NEVER. Low was there for me for every rough stretch I endured the past near-30 years. I am devestated, We all are.

Dave - I am an atheist and Christmas is just another day, but several years ago I saw Low’s live Christmas music show and I was completely mesmerized. One of the best shows I’ve ever been to.

God bless you Mimi. This is a terrible loss for music and a terrible loss for Alan, family, friends and lastly, thousands of adoring fans. I'm sure many of us with be listing in the future with a great sadness that we will never get to hear you sing live again. It's just too sad for words.

Seeing them in September and would love it if they played this song. Perhaps my favorite Low song. They are spiritual people and I know they attend a traditional church setting, yet, they dig so down deep they make you want to feel and know that "language you don't understand." And bless her and her beautiful voice. This album is exceptional btw.

@neildonahue718 Alan once said in an interview that the lyrics often don't have a specific subject but that he tries to write things that "resonate" with something inside you. Such a unique band.. nothing quite gets me like Low, I really have no words to describe it. -fellow addict

@Zenistential Why thank you. Yeah, I understood what you meant... and it makes sense, i was just observing how atheism, by definition, implies a fair whack of certainty that there isn't a god. I guess your diagram would make me a gnostic atheist - I'm one of those people who feels all knowy about it by default, in the same way i feel like i know the easter bunny aint real. Anyhow, lovely song.
