This lower body workout is easy, you just need a small space can be done anywhere anytime!
Repeat the given exercises for just 2-3 circuits sets for 10 reps each.

A3. GOOD MORNING
A4. SUMO SQUAT
A5. GLUTE BRIDGE
Take a 60 sec break and repeat the circuit 💪
