材料 :
空心菜大约 300 克
江鱼仔叁巴辣椒 1 汤匙
虾米 5 克
蒜头 2 粒
小辣椒 1 条
大辣椒 1 条
糖和盐 适量
ingredients:
Kangkung 300g
Sambal Ikan Bilis 1 Tablespoon
Dried Shrimp 5 g
Garlic 2 pcs
Chili Padi 1 pcs
Red Chili 1 pcs
Salt and Sugar to Taste
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Kang kong 300g wash and cut, separate the stems and leaves
2. Dried shrimp 5g soak till soft
3. Sambal ikan bilis 1tbsp
4. Garlic x2 minced
5. Chilli padi x1 diced
6. Red chilli x1 slices
Seasoning
1. 1/3tsp salt
2. 1/3tsp sugar
Method
1. Heat wok and add some oil. Stir fry dried shrimp till fragrant. Then add garlic, chilli padi and red chilli. Stir till fragrant
2. Add in sambal ikan bilis and mix well. Then add in Kang Kong stems and stir under high heat
3. Add seasoning and Kang Kong leaves and mix well. Add little water and stir till cook
4. Serve and enjoy!
