- Mix the ground wet ingredients with the sieved dry ingredients.

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius in convection mode.
- Line a cake tin with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the cake tin.
- Tap the tin lightly to remove air bubbles.
