Seagal "was" a martial arts expert. Not in karate but in aikido. But that was before he discovered........FOOD. Now, he's a "close up actor" because his giant frame won't fit in the frame. And stuntmen a quarter of his age are performing all his fights. And he wasn't a police officer. He was allowed to be a passenger in police cars for his cop show, and then he tried to take the credit for all the work the cops did! And let's not forget that he collects guitars. The most famous and expensive guitars in the world. And then he plays them live. He plays the blues. Except, he can't play. Like, at all.

Which goes to show you that hard study & hard work would have made Seagal much more legit if he went to school for continuing martial arts, graduated as a police officer & taken as many courses for musical instrument playing ... not to mention more classes & practice in acting! I have a suspicion that the food thing might be psychological trauma, subconsciously knowing that he is a "fraud" & aware that he is not being taken seriously, so he feels he has been slowly giving up, with food now a compensation & a comfort, especially as he is advancing in age & becoming less & less relevant.
@shawnsmith2610
2 жыл бұрын
@@OompaL0ompa No he is not a expert he is just a 7th degree black belt in Aikido and he started in karate and he ran a school in Japan where you have to be legit to run a school and then ran one in America so yes dummy he is very much a expert.

Steven Seagull fights in a style called aikido. It's a style made to defend against your enemies if they have a weapon and you don't, using their own bodyweight to defeat them. I hear it's useless unless your opponent has a weapon. In the training shows Seagull recorded of himself fighting 4 or 5 guys at once, a little birdy told me that the people knew what he was going to do so they didn't try to defend themselves.
