As part of my Sacred Six practice, I've been learning a lot about the right way to relax and recharge. My kinesiologist recently told me that Epsom salts might not be the best for daily soaks-they can actually draw minerals out of your body.
Instead, I'm switching to magnesium chloride baths to naturally boost my magnesium levels. Plus, I’ve added magnesium oil (I’m using @leighacampbell and @tigga_natoli’s brand @brillobeauty.co) to my feet before bed, and it’s been a total game-changer!
